  • Automatic Door-Control-system: PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION: The Controller operates a Dual Door wire rope driven System. There are three sensors, two are PIR sensors for detecting movement of warm blooded objects at the entry and exit, the third is a Interrupted IR sensor for DOOR BLOCK Condition. The controller senses movements on entry and exit operates the door and makes relevant VOICE announcements. In case the Door Movement is blocked an announcement is made for clearing the door blockage. Using 8051,IR,speech , AC motor control, passive infra-red, movement detection The Software is in Assembly and with a feature to In system Program at Customer site by ownloading the modifications from a PC.
  • Multi-Tasking Data Station for GAS Chromatograph: Multi-Tasking Data Station for GAS CHROMATOGRAPH on IBM pc. Installed and adapted the System to Chemical Processes. PC 386 ,DOS based system programmed to perform the application in the background while the user could operate other software in the foregraound. The GC software featured Intyernal s/External standard reference mode. Used for finding 10 ppm impurities in the test sample
  • Personal Digital Assistants:
  • Vertical passenger transportation controller: Vertical passenger transportation controller. OPERATING ON SELECTIVE AND COLLECTIVE MODE AND SECURITY FEATURES. Elevator control using 6502/PC - modernized sensing of car position, safety Double Checks, Motor operating check to predict motor maintenance, password operation from the car for direct access to floor. On car top maintenance panel. Voice implementation. Child Proof operation.
  • Speech handling and processing using innovative technique (Pseudo ADPCM)
  • Stellar I.R.Specrophotometric data logging and processing I.R.SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DATA LOGGING and PROCESSING COMPUTER, Installed at C.A.S.A. IR PhotoMultiplier maintained in dry ice was interfaced to a discriminator and x charge amplifier, digitized and data stored in memory. The dispersion was through diffraction grating operated by a stepper motor with correction of backlash errors. The equipment was built into the 48 inch telescope at Nizamiah Observatory (Japal Rangapur). Software- language Assembly and BASIC for control and user interface. Scanning of the star under study over a range of wavelengths and repeating the same 'n' times to average out air turbulence and cloud affects. Display the buildup of the spectrum on a CRO for study. Computation of the magnitude at various specified wavelengths.
  • Photometric analysis of CNO line in HAILLEYS COMET (ISRO PROJECT) (1986) PHOTOMETRIC ANALYSER specially for I.S.R.O. Project. Observation and analysis of CNO line in the Hailley's comet in 1986. A challenging project where time was the essence. Appreciated by ISRO principal Investigator DR M.B.K SARMA AS COMMENDABLE ACHIEVEMENT
  • A 200 Line TDM/PAM Electronic Exchange A 200 Line TDM/PAM Electronic Exchange without using Hybrid Transformers and Relays. (1985) - The exchange was designed in a modular fashion - each module has a Microprocessor and controls objects in its module, communicates with other module for desired operations. SLIC- 8 subscriber lines are serviced by this card along with tone and signaling . The Ringer voltage of 75V @ 17Hz was applied through transistors thus avoiding Relays also the Hybrid coil was supplemented by a multiplexing technique for 2/4 & 4/2 wir conversion. Switch Cross Point- this module managed the swithing crosspoints and interacted with other modules. Global Memory Module - This was the telltale large data exchange area for all the modules. As other modules it also has a Microproceesor managing it. Al;l modules used the 6502 MICROPROCCESSOR.
  • Portable Earth Resistivity measurement and analysis (GEOMANCY) 1988 : Know How Transfer for Portable Earth Resistivity Computer. For ground Water Survey - Battery operated equipment - with programmable high voltage output ( up to 120V dc ) for measurement of earth resistance in wet & dry land areas. Storage of data on area basis and download to a PC at home site.
  • LUNG FUNCTION tester based on F.F.T processing 1983 : LUNG FUNCTION tester based on F.F.T processing Online digitisation of a Spirograph output and signal processing. To evaluate congestions in the bronchial tract or lung in efficiency. Online analysis and report with coefficients of the waveform , suggested diagnostic report.
